Returns & Exchanges

At Home • Design, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
